Hi, I’m Lisa.

I guide people toward inner trust and coherence where, what you think, what you feel, what your body senses, how you act and how you live are aligned.

When you develop inner trust, your behavior becomes coherent and the relationship with yourself and others become aligned.

This work builds a strong, reliable connection with your body and inner world. From that place, you begin facing the fears you can’t numb anymore and stop overriding what your system is communicating.

As that connection strengthens, clarity improves and your life becomes more coherent and aligned. You learn to distinguish what’s true for you from what’s driven by fear or conditioning.

Over time, you develop the ability to soothe yourself in healthy, supportive ways instead of defaulting to self-abandonment or outsourcing authority.

The result is greater self-acceptance, stronger accountability, and more authenticity in how you show up. Decisions become more straightforward. Discernment feels natural. Your inner world becomes a source of guidance rather than something you negotiate or suppress.

The core of my work is the Embodiment Circle.
A small, facilitated group experience centered around guided meditation, where you strengthen internal attunement and build self-trust.

This space is for those who are ready to meet themselves, no longer trying to heal harder or blame the past, but willing to take responsibility and align with what’s true for them.

The focus is on presence, self-trust, and learning to stay with yourself rather than self-abandoning or outsourcing your peace. Over time, you strengthen your ability to discern fear from truth, and live accordingly.
